Under his leadership, In-House Mortgage has expanded its market presence, introduced cutting-edge technology to streamline the loan application process, and delivered exceptional service to borrowers across the United States. Felix is passionate about driving the company’s vision of providing accessible, customer-centric mortgage solutions while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Before founding In-House Mortgage, Felix held a senior position at CitiGroup, along with other highly accredited National Mortgage Lenders, where he played a key role in driving growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. His deep understanding of market trends and commitment to fostering a culture of excellence has made him a respected leader in the industry.
In addition to his professional achievements, Felix is actively involved in building affordable homes and is a strong advocate for financial literacy. He holds a degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida and is a member of National Association of Realtors.
