Felix Amabile Jr. leads In-House Mortgage with more than 25 years of experience in lending and financial services. His career includes leadership roles with CitiGroup and other nationally recognized mortgage institutions, shaping his expertise in residential lending, financial management, and strategic business growth.

Under Felix’s leadership, In-House Mortgage has expanded nationwide, implemented innovative technology to streamline the loan process, and earned a reputation for high-quality service rooted in integrity and borrower-first values.

Passion, Credentials & Community

Felix is passionate about financial education and affordable housing initiatives. He holds a degree in business management from the University of South Florida and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. He resides in Cape Coral, Florida, with his wife, Jessica, and son, Felix III. Outside the office, he enjoys cooking, family gatherings, and community involvement.
